Starlight Kirin
The mythic elusive from the Sky Altar: 1 in 1,000 per pet sent up. Equipped, its stars strengthen your linked gods' minors and majors, and at 3★ link a second god.
Overview
The Starlight Kirin is a mythic elusive pet that comes down from the stars at the Sky Altar. Every pet you send up rolls 1 in 1,000 for it, so a send of 25 rolls 25 times (and more than one can come down). It is never in the pet crates and never trades; duplicates fuse into stars. Its own page: Starlight Kirin (pet).
Better odds
The Cinderwing Phoenix's blessing raises the chance: +0.33% a level, 1 in 750 at blessing Lv 100. While the Phoenix is linked its EMBER CHORUS doubles that blessing (1 in 600). The blessing is capped at +100%, so the best chance is 1 in 500.
Its three stars
The Kirin works only while equipped. Its stars lift your linked gods, at its level's share (Lv 1 = 1%, Lv 100 = the full value); each star keeps the perks of the stars below it:
| Stars | Perk | At Lv 100 |
|---|---|---|
| ★ | Minor Surge | Linked gods' minors +20% |
| ★★ | Major Surge | Linked gods' majors +20% — except the Embercoil Serpent's TIME SKIP, which is doubled instead (15 → 30 minutes) |
| ★★★ | Twin Link | Link a second god at once — both pay their minor and major |
- With room for two links, a new link fills the second one; with both full, the older link drops and the new god is linked last. The link cooldown (5 minutes) still applies.
- Unequip the Kirin and the god you linked last goes quiet. The link is kept, and works again when a 3★ Kirin is equipped.
- Equipping or unequipping the Kirin settles the altar first, so it never re-prices the hours since your last visit.
