Guilds

Founding and joining a guild, the 10-level XP ladder, free ball gifting, account-wide perks, ranks, chat and the crest.

Overview

A guild is a group of up to 120 players with its own chat room, a crest, an army-style rank ladder and two things that matter for your account: ball gifting (members fill each other's ball requests for free) and perks — permanent percentage buffs that apply to every member everywhere in the game. Guilds level from 1 to 10 purely by gifting, and each level adds members, bigger gifts, a perk point and a fancier badge border.

The GUILD tab lives in the Social menu with sub-tabs ROSTER, BUFFS, CHAT, GIFTS, GIFTERS and RANK.

Unlocking guilds

The GUILD tab is locked until you claim the Guilds milestone in the Marquee — Marquee level M5 (5 renown). The card reads: Form or join a Guild — chat, ranks, ball gifting, and a badge. Until then the tab shows "Guilds unlock at M5. Claim it in the Marquee to form or join a guild."

NOTE
Guild invites can only be sent to players who have also claimed that milestone and are not already in a guild — so a friend who cannot see the GUILD tab yet will not show up in the invite search.

Founding or joining

Founding

  • Costs 100 gems, paid once.
  • Pick a tag (3–5 letters or digits, stored in capitals, must be unique across all guilds) and a name (3–24 characters; names do not have to be unique).
  • Both go through the same family-friendly name filter as player names.
  • The founder becomes the Owner. You can only be in one guild at a time.

Joining

  • Request to join by tag — the guild's leader sees it in the roster and accepts or declines.
  • Be invited — a leader can invite you by name or friend code; the invite waits in your Social inbox.
  • Leaving is free at any time (the owner must disband instead). Joining any guild earns the Guilded trophy.

XP & levels

Guild XP comes from one place: every ball request that gets filled awards the guild 30 XP × the guild's level. The XP needed for each level doubles, so early levels come fast and Lv 10 (511K XP) is a real climb. XP keeps counting past the cap for the guild leaderboard.

One gift = balls a member hands over in one tap. Request target = balls a request asks for (3 gifts). XP per fill = guild XP when a request completes.

Ball gift requests

The GIFTS sub-tab is the guild's ball economy. Any member can open a ball request; other members press GIFT to fill it. In the game's words: Gift balls to play for free and gain guild XP to earn global guild buffs.

  • A request asks for exactly 3 gifts — 150 balls at Lv 1, 420 at Lv 10 (see the table above).
  • Gifting is free. Balls are created for the requester; nothing leaves the gifter's own ball count.
  • Each member can gift to a given request once every 4h, up to 3 gifts on the same request — so one member could fill a request alone, but it takes 8h; in practice the guild fills it.
  • You may have one open request. After it fills you wait 8h before opening another. A request can be cancelled only while nobody has gifted to it yet.
  • The balls are credited to the requester as they arrive; when the request completes the guild gains XP (30 × guild level).
  • GIFTERS lists the guild's top 20 lifetime gifters. Gifting 5,000 balls in total earns the Guild Patron trophy and counts toward Bingo squares.

Perks

The BUFFS sub-tab holds 5 perks. The guild earns 1 perk point per level (10 at Lv 10); each point raises one perk by a tier, up to Tier III. A perk's bonus applies to every member, everywhere that stat is used, and stacks on top of your Marquee buffs.

  • Only the Owner spends points. RESET refunds every point, then locks resets for 4h.
  • A fully maxed perk costs 3 points, so a Lv 10 guild can max 3 perks and put the remainder into a fourth.
  • The perks apply the moment you are in the guild and stop the moment you leave.

Roles & ranks

Rank ladder

Separate from roles, every member wears a cosmetic rank shown beside their name in chat and on the roster (sortable by RANK or LEVEL). The Owner and moderators can assign any rank; new members arrive as Recruit and the leader is always Owner.

Guild chat

  • One room per guild, under the CHAT sub-tab. Messages are up to 300 characters; the newest 100 are shown.
  • The room also logs system lines — "X founded the guild", "X joined the guild", "X left the guild", "X was removed from the guild by Y".
  • Unread guild chat lights the Social button and the CHAT sub-tab.

Badge & insignia

Every guild has a crest shown on the roster, in chat and on the guild leaderboard. It is built from three parts: a colour and a pattern the Owner picks, and a border that is earned by guild level.

Colours

12 tints; the first is the default.

Patterns

24 heraldic overlays; Solid is the default.

Guild leaderboards

  • The GUILDS mode of the LEADERBOARD tab ranks every guild by total XP (highest first) and shows its crest, tag, level and member count. The website hiscores have the same board.
  • The guild's own RANK sub-tab ranks its members against each other using the same categories as the players board (ARCADE, COINS, BALLS, STREAK, JACKPOTS, PETS).

Tips

  • Fill teammates' requests whenever the GIFT pill is lit — it costs you nothing and it is the only way the guild levels.
  • Open your own request right after the 8h cooldown ends; a full request is 150+ free balls.
  • Perk points are cheap to move: a RESET is free apart from its 4h lock, so re-spec for a Golden Hour or a sticker push.
